You know how you can “just tell” when they are about to do something? I could just see if written across her face… “I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna do it.”
But, she didn’t.
Emi was standing about a foot away from me, in the middle of the walkway between the foot of the bed and the tv stand in the hotel room. She was balancing really well, arms out at her side, etc. and I could just see her thinking … “what do I do? Do my feet move? How can I get to Mommy without getting down?”
She was in that position for so long, that I even called to Ron and we watched her “thinking”. Her legs were even trembling, so we knew that’s what she was trying to do. But, alas, she got down and crawled to me. 🙁
