All the molding is back up in the dining room. The next step(s) will be to wood fill all the nail holes, prime the wall, paint the wall and paint the trim. Really won’t take a lot of effort.
We continue, however, to forget to check the insulation under the house and really need to do so this weekend. We may have to buy some insulation and put it up under, if there is visible damage.
The popcorn ceiling patch was looking really bad, but I think it just needs two coats. It comes out a really dark brown, so we thought it wasn’t going to work at all. But it dried white, just like the ceiling, just not concentrated enough. Two coats might do the trick. The garage is our testbed.
