Dr. Adamson just came in and said Abby got through it with flying colors. It took a bit longer than expected because she woke up very slowly from the anesthesia. Apparently, babies typically wake up either very quick and mad, or very slowly. Abby was a slow waker.
No problems though. The surgery was a complete success and while “in there”, they checked out her ovaries, tubes and looked for hernias. All are in tact and no hernias to account for.
She should be back in the room in 1/2 hour and we should be able to go home tomorrow! Yeah!!!
So, the diagnosis was right on target, the Drs. are miracle workers and my girl is ok!
Let’s just pray this doesn’t happen to Em, now!
