We have a set of sheets that look blue to me.
Ron ASSURES me that they are purple.
I disagree. They are blue.
Ron disagrees again … they are purple.
So … tonight, while changing sheets, he says … “Let’s ask the kids.”
I’m like … “okay … let’s do.”
And here is the conversation:
Ron: Emily & Abby … what color are these sheets?
Emily and Abby (AT THE SAME TIME): Blue!
Me: ::happy dance:: since I win
Two minutes later …
Ron: Joseph!
Joseph: What?
Ron: What color is this sheet?
Joseph: ::looks around:: Purple.
Whoops.
::laughter abounds::
I did NOT prep my girls on the color.
Ron did NOT prep Joseph on the color.
Seems boys and girls see differently.
But … alas … as we all know … I’m right.
The sheets are blue.
