The first snowfall of 2010 (and hopefully the last). 😉 It started around 8pm last night and continued all night, but somewhere in that time it turned to sleet. So we have a couple inches covered by a coating of “crunch”. The girls went out with their friend Athena for about 15 minutes, then came scurrying back wanting hot chocolate and warmed hands.
Joseph went out about 10 minutes after the girls did and as of now, he hadn’t returned… though I doubt he’s still outside. 🙂
The plan is to go out at lunch and build a snowman — carrot nose and all.
