Back on the exercise “kick”

I exercised tonight for the first time in over a year and a half. It felt good and I had so much energy afterward. Ron’s going to be my personal trainer (ha ha ha sort of). He’s going to help me with the strength training.

I just did treadmill tonight and after 30 minutes was wiped. I didn’t get above 3 mph (used to run at 5mph for 2 minute intervals) and was sweating like a pig. I am TOTALLY out of shape.

Soon though I’ll be back up there! This is just the start! Yeah!
