We loaded Ron up for Father’s day this year. He got a new wardrobe that I will probably have to return most of. 🙁 At Target, I can buy large and they fit him. But when I actually spend decent money on clothes, at Kohls, large is HUGE! Oh well. I’ll just take them back and exchange them.
Joseph got him a BeyBlade. So, they BeyBladed all afternoon together. These things are really cool. They are tops that spin and in a ring, they “fight”. You just see which one can knock the other out by spinning and hitting, etc. Joseph got “hopper”. It bounces! Once it settles, it’s pretty powerful. Ron’s was too. Very neat!
The girls got him a No Spin Zone t-shirt and No Spin Dad coffee mug. 🙂 He’s been hinting about them for quite a while. 😉
Dinner was interesting. I have a new “philosophy” on dinner. To make it like the girls eat dinner… fruit, veggie and meat each time. So, we had cold shrimp cocktail, new potatoes (pre-packaged and warmed in the microwave) and sliches peaches (fresh). It was yummy! I added some Bruschetta and followed up with a no sugar added Mrs. Smith’s deep dish apple pie and no sugar added Breyers ice cream. Mmmmmm….
